Hi Doug, have just got the resident pc expert to open your file to me thanks again it is as I thought one sheet of the original plans has gone missing the leprechauns at this stage of my life [71] are becoming more and more of a nuisance.Must compliment you on the quality of the workmanship in the pic u sent, great stuff. Small query, I have managed to reduce the bump steer quite dramatically from 6 mm over about 4 inches of travel to 1.5 mm on bump from ride height, not what I would consider acceptable.. what I am puzzled about is that having rechecked the height of the rack a number of times against the chassis drawing, mine is the same as yours, but are copies of my originals. My query is that the drwgs show a height of 6.125 inches from bottom of chassis to centre of rack but I had to put a 1 inch spacer [up] to get to the above figures! All other dimensions seem to be correct and within A.S. design requirements 1/16 of an inch. What this has caused, is for me to run into a chassis tube, I need to raise the rack about a further 2-3 mm, my chassis layout in the front is not quite the same as in the original. Any suggestions why this discrepency, one other query do you perhaps know what the original design tyre diametre was? Again with thanks for your help. Golfpin

Plans were based on 3" ground clearance to bottom of chassis. Suspension pick-up points based on Mini wheels/tyres of 9.625" rolling radius. If different rolling radius wheels/tyres used the suspension points should be raised in the chassis by a corresponding amount.
