Hello Alan, I have just recently tracked down this forum and thought I would say hello after lots of years absence. I do not have time for Terrapin construction these days but my eldest son James makes racing grasstrack cars and has done Formula Student in 2001 at Coventry University, he was one of those involved with the car with narrow rear wheels. He is now at Jaguar as a Design Engineer and heavily involved in chipping various engines. I am a Technical Author these days, after years in engineering and a spell at ground zero with a Disaster Recovery company. Regards Bob Hardy

Dear Bob, My third go at replying. I am now so ancient that while I remember the name perfectly well, Iwould be grateful for another clue or two about time and place, etc. I am still competing with an 1100 Kawasaki powered "grandson of lTerrapinL" one of Ian Scott's Megapins. Also trusting souls b ring me their machinery to sort out and help to keep Terrapin Services going. I am a poor user of Email, due to continual failure to switch the unlspeakable device on for days or even weeks on end. Will try and reform in case you reply. but might be easier to phone to 01423 - 711228. All the very best Allan S
