Hi Everyone.
It has been my aim for a long time now, to try and trace as many owners of Terrapin's as possible, and somehow get a record of them. This is so it would be possible to try and get as many of the cars together as possible for a Terrapin meeting at one of the UK hillclimbs, ideally Harewood as it was Allan's home hill. At this moment this all very provisional. But I am working on a Terrapin website (to go side by side with this forum) promoting Terrapin activity. (details to follow) If you have a Terrapin, or know of anyone who does, or that is building one. I would really appreciate you getting in touch with me. My email address is temevalleyterrapin(at)hotmail.co.uk replacing the (at) with an @ accordingly. Please please please! If you can provide any info at all it will be gladly received, by all means email me your phone numbers, and i will call you!! All welcome, A-series, motorcycle engine, Mk5 Lets get these cars out of the woodwork, and do Allan proud!
Thanks in advance,
Richard

Hi Richard,
Does Mike @ MB Engineering have access to Allan's original register? I realise it will probably be well out of date with all the new builds etc... but worthy of a look see and a starter for 10?
My car is number 17 on the register I believe. See you soon, Geoff.

HI Geoff from my info book I started a long time ago and from talking to Allan, your car No'17 was built by a guy called Peter Solman, unfortunately this is all I have on the car. I see Norman Webster's old car, chassis No 23 has re-surfaced, as I know the last time I heard, it was in a house loft near Banbury Buck's with the roll bar cut off to go through the loft hole? if it is the same car ? glad it has re-surfaced.I actually owned the car in 1984 as a chassis after the crash at Prescott. the car was originally built by Graham Morris, with a start date of June 1971. sold to Norman in Jan 1972, first race in June 1972. regards mike
