I'm using anti-roll bars front and rear. 0.5 inch O.D. solid steel (EN24T) bent to shape using oxy/acetylene - heat to cherry red where bends required and then allow to cool slowly. These are then normalised and tempered to T6 I will post photos whnthey come back from plating. regards Rob

Discussion with Allan based on his data & the bulletins - I have made the alloy bearing housings with a 1" bore, then using Nyloil (green) to make bearings - this gives me flexibility to change roll bar OD if necessary.
